What information this website handles, and how the AIEOS product is built local-first. Written plainly, no fine-print games.

Scope
This policy covers the AIEOS marketing website you are reading now. The AIEOS product itself is local-first — your projects, evidence and journal live on your own machine, not our servers. How the product handles data (storage, credentials, voice and the integrations you connect) is described on the Data Usage page.
What We Collect On This Site
The site is a controlled-pilot marketing presence. It asks for very little:
- What you send us. If you request access or contact us, we receive what you choose to provide (for example, a name and an email address).
- Basic technical logs. Standard server and delivery logs (such as request time, approximate region and browser type) used to operate and secure the site.
There is no account system, and we do not require you to create one to read the site.
How We Use It
- To respond to an access request or a message you send us.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies & Analytics
We aim to keep the site light. Where a cookie or consent choice is offered, the privacy-preserving option is the default, and non-essential tracking is opt-in. You can decline non-essential cookies without losing access to the content.
Third-Party Services & Integrations
The website is served through standard hosting and content-delivery providers, which process technical logs on our behalf.
Separately, the AIEOS product connects to services you choose — such as GitHub, your AI model providers, and LLM Vault. When you connect one of these, data moves to that service because you initiated it — deliberately and on the record, never silently. See Data Usage and Security for detail.
Data Retention
We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to respond and to keep basic records, then remove it. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information you have sent us. Reach out via the channel below and we will action reasonable requests.
Children
The site and product are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the text and the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
